كِتَابُ الْأَطْعِمَةِ
What they said about a mouse falling into fat
مَا قَالُوا فِي الْفَأْرَةِ تَقَعُ فِي السَّمْنِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 24405
It is narrated from Hazrat Ata, he said that if the ghee is frozen, then you should remove the rat and its surroundings and eat the rest. And if the ghee is melted, then you should light a lamp with it but do not eat it.
حضرت عطاء سے روایت ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ اگر گھی منجمد ہو تو پھر تم چوہا اور اس کے ارد گرد کو باہر نکال دو اور بقیہ کو کھالو۔ اور اگر گھی پگھلا ہوا ہے تو پھر تم اس سے چراغ روشن کرلو لیکن اس کو کھاؤ نہیں۔
Hazrat Ata se riwayat hai, woh kehte hain ke agar ghee munjamid ho to phir tum chooha aur us ke ird gird ko bahar nikal do aur baqia ko khalo. Aur agar ghee pighla hua hai to phir tum us se chiragh roshan karlo lekin us ko khao nahi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : « إِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا فَأَلْقِهَا وَمَا يَلِيهَا وَكُلْ مَا بَقِيَ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ ذَائِبًا فَاسْتَصْبِحْ بِهِ وَلَا تَأْكُلْهُ »
