كِتَابُ الْأَطْعِمَةِ
Eating with a leper
الْأَكْلُ مَعَ الْمَجْذُومِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 24539
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Muqsim. He said that people used to avoid eating with the blind, the lame and the sick until this verse was revealed. (Translation) There is no harm in eating with the blind, the crippled and the sick.
حضرت مقسم سے روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ لوگ اندھے، لنگڑے اور مریض کے ہمراہ کھانا کھانے سے پرہیز کرتے تھے یہاں تک کہ یہ آیت نازل ہوئی۔ (ترجمہ) نابینا، اپاہج اور مریض پر کچھ حرج نہیں۔
Hazrat Muqsam se riwayat hai. Woh kehte hain ki log andhe, langre aur mareed ke hamraah khana khane se parhez karte thay yahan tak ki yeh ayat nazil hui. (Tarjuma) Nabina, upahij aur mareed par kuch harj nahi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، قَالَ : « كَانُوا يَتَّقُونَ أَنْ يَأْكُلُوا مَعَ الْأَعْمَى وَالْأَعْرَجِ وَالْمَرِيضِ حَتَّى نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ » الْآيَةُ : ﴿ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْأَعْمَى حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى الْأَعْرَجِ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى الْمَرِيضِ حَرَجٌ ﴾ [ النور : ٦١ ]
