Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 26523
Hazrat Abu Hurairah narrated that Hazrat Abu Bakr requested the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to teach him a dua (supplication) that he could recite every morning and evening. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Recite this dua: 'O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Lord and King of everything. I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my own self, from the evil of Satan and his associates.'" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) further said, "Recite these words when you wake up in the morning, when you retire to your bed in the evening, and when you lie down on your bed."
حضرت ابوہریرہ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابوبکر نے نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں عرض کی، کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھے کوئی ایسی دعا بتلا دیجئے جو میں صبح و شام پڑھا کروں ۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : یہ دعا پڑھو : اے اللہ ! پوشیدہ اور ظاہر باتوں کے جاننے والے، آسمانوں اور زمین کے پیدا کرنے والے، ہر چیز کے پروردگار اور بادشاہ ۔ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ تیرے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں، میں تیری پناہ لیتا ہوں اپنے نفس کے شر سے ، اور شیطان سے اور اس کے شریکوں سے ، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم یہ کلمات پڑھو جب تم صبح کرو اور جب شام کرو، اور جب اپنے بستر پر لٹہ جاؤ۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah farmate hain keh Hazrat Abu Bakar ne Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein arz ki, keh aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) mujhe koi aisi dua batla dijiye jo mein subah o sham parha karoon. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: yeh dua parho: Aye Allah! Poshidah aur zahir baaton ke jaanne wale, aasmanon aur zameen ke paida karne wale, har cheez ke parwardigaar aur badshah. Mein gawahi deta hoon ke tere siwa koi mabood barhaq nahin, mein teri panaah leta hoon apne nafs ke shar se, aur shaitan se aur uske sharikon se. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Tum yeh kalmaat parho jab tum subah karo aur jab sham karo, aur jab apne bistar par leto jao.
حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ عَاصِمٍ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ : أَخْبِرْنِي بِشَيْءٍ أَقُولُهُ إِذَا أَمْسَيْتُ وَإِذَا أَصْبَحْتُ ، قَالَ : " قُلِ : اللَّهُمَّ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ ، فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ، رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي وَشَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ ، قُلْهُ إِذَا أَمْسَيْتَ وَإِذَا أَخَذْتَ مَضْجَعَكَ "
