Regarding a wound exposing the bone on the face, how much is its compensation

‌الْمُوضِحَةُ فِي الْوَجْهِ مَا فِيهَا

Hazrat Mak'hul narrated that the head and face are equal in a wound that exposes the bone, except that if there is any disfigurement in the face, then there will be an increase according to that disfigurement.

حضرت مکحول کا ارشاد ہے کہ ہڈی کو واضح کردینے والے زخم میں سر اور چہرہ برابر ہیں، الایہ کہ چہرے میں کوئی عیب ہوجائے تو اس عیب کے بقدر زیادتی ہوگی۔

Hazrat Makhool ka irshad hai keh haddi ko wazeh kar denay walay zakhm mein sar aur chehra barabar hain, alalha keh chehre mein koi aib ho jaye to us aib ke baqadr ziyadati hogi.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ وَرْدَانَ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ : « الْمُوضِحَةُ فِي الْوَجْهِ وَالرَّأْسِ ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ فِي الْوَجْهِ شَيْنٌ فَيَزِيدَ عَلَى قَدْرِ الشَّيْنِ »
