Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 26842
It is narrated from a man belonging to the family of Aal-e-Umar that you (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that there will be diyah (compensation) for breaking the soft bone of the nose.
اٰل عمر کے کسی آدمی سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ ناک کی نرم ہڈی جب ٹوٹ جائے تو اس میں دیت ہوگی۔
Al Umar ke kisi aadmi se riwayat hai ki aap ne irshad farmaya ki naak ki narm haddi jab toot jaye to us mein dayat hogi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، مِنْ آلِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « فِي الْأَنْفِ إِذَا اسْتُؤْصِلَ مَارِنُهُ الدِّيَةُ »
