Hazrat Ibn Juraij narrates that Abul Kareem bin Abi Al-Makhariq told me that one of your companions (may Allah be pleased with him) told him that if the hair of the eyebrow has fallen out, then in this whole eyebrow there is a quarter of the diyat (blood money) and in which some of the eyebrows have fallen out, then the diyat will have to be paid accordingly.
حضرت ابن جرویج کا ارشاد ہے کہ مجھے عبدالکریم بن ابی المخارق نے بتایا ہے کہ ان کو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے کسی صحابی نے یہ بات بتائی ہے کہ ابرو کے بال جھڑگئے ہوں تو اس پوری ابرو میں تو دیت کا چوتھائی ہے اور جس میں ابرو میں کچھ جھڑ چکے ہوں تو اس کے حسا ب سے دیت دینا ہوگی۔
Hazrat Ibn Juraij ka irshad hai keh mujhe Abdalkareem bin Abil Mokhariq ne bataya hai keh un ko aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke kisi sahabi ne yeh baat batai hai keh abru ke baal jhad gaye hon to us poori abru mein to deet ka chauthai hai aur jis mein abru mein kuch jhad chuke hon to us ke hisab se deet dena hogi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمُخَارِقِ ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ : « فِي الْحَاجِبِ يَتَحَصَّصُ شَعْرُهُ ، أَنَّهُ فِيهِ كُلِّهِ الرُّبْعُ ، وَفِيمَا ذَهَبَ مِنْهُ فَبِحِسَابٍ »
