How much is the compensation for the lips

‌الشَّفَتَانِ مَا فِيهِمَا

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 26914

Hazrat Muhammad bin Ishaq narrated that there are two lips in both lips, two-thirds in the lower one and one-third in the upper one.

حضرت محمد بن اسحق کا ارشاد ہے کہ دونوں ہونٹوں میں دیت ہے نچلے میں دو تہائی اور اوپر والے میں ایک تہائی ۔

Hazrat Muhammad bin Ishaq ka irshad hai keh donon honton mein dait hai nichey mein do tihai aur upper walay mein ek tihai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ : « فِي الشَّفَتَيْنِ الدِّيَةُ ، فِي السُّفْلَى ثُلُثَا الدِّيَةِ ، وَفِي الْعُلْيَا ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ »
