Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 27097
Hazrat Zuhri narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ruled that the full diyat (blood money) i.e. one hundred camels is to be paid in case of the amputation of the male reproductive organ from its root or the amputation of the female reproductive organ.
حضرت زہری کا ارشاد ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عضو تناسل میں جب جڑ سے کٹ جائے یا حشفہ کٹ جائے تو پوری دیت یعنی سو اونٹ کا فیصلہ فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Zuhri ka irshad hai keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne uzv e tanasul mein jab jadd se katt jaye ya hashfa katt jaye to poori diyat yani sau unt ka faisla farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي الذَّكَرِ إِذَا اسْتُؤْصِلَ ، أَوْ قُطِعَتْ حَشَفَتُهُ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً مِائَةً مِنَ الْإِبِلِ "
