كِتَابُ الدِّيَاتِ

The free man accidentally kills the slave.

‌الْحُرُّ يَقْتُلُ الْعَبْدَ خَطَأً

The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that the value of the day of his death will be estimated.

حضرت مکحول فرماتے ہیں کہ اس کی وفات کے دن کی قیمت لگائی جائے گی۔

Hazrat Makhool farmate hain ke us ki wafat ke din ki qeemat lagayi jaye gi.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ : « قِيمَتُهُ يَوْمَ يُصَابُ »
