كِتَابُ الدِّيَاتِ
A group kills a man, so they are handed over to his family.
الرَّجُلُ يَقْتُلُونَهُ النَّفَرُ فَيُدْفَعُونَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَائِهِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 27253
Ibrahim narrated: Regarding the man who is killed by a group, Allah says: "They kill whom they wish and spare whom they wish, and they take the blood money from whom they wish.”
حضرت ابراہیم نے روایت کی : جس شخص کو ایک گروہ قتل کر دے، اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے: "وہ جسے چاہتے ہیں قتل کر دیتے ہیں اور جسے چاہتے ہیں چھوڑ دیتے ہیں اور جس سے چاہتے ہیں دیت لیتے ہیں۔"
Hazrat Ibrahim ne riwayat ki: Jis shakhs ko aik giroh qatal kar de, Allah Ta'ala farmata hai: "Woh jise chahte hain qatal kar dete hain aur jise chahte hain chhor dete hain aur jis se chahte hain det lete hain."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُهُ النَّفَرُ ، قَالَ : « يَقْتُلُونَ مَنْ شَاءُوا ، وَيَعْفُونَ عَمَّنْ شَاءُوا ، وَيَأْخُذُونَ الدِّيَةَ مِمَّنْ شَاءُوا »
