‌فِي جَنِينِ الْحُرَّةِ

Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Imam Sha'bi said that Gharah means a male or female slave that will be given to the mother of the deceased child or a close relative.

حضرت اشعث فرماتے ہیں کہ امام شعبی نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ غرہ سے مراد ایک غلام یا باندی ہے جو اس ہلاک ہونے والے بچہ کی ماں یا اس کے قریبی رشتہ دار کو ملے گی۔

Hazrat Ashas farmate hain keh Imam Shabi ne irshad farmaya keh ghara se murad aik ghulam ya bandi hai jo iss halak hone wale bachche ki maan ya uske qareebi rishtedar ko milegi.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : « غُرَّةٌ عَبْدٌ أَوْ أَمَةٌ لِأُمِّهِ أَوْ لِأَقْرَبِ النَّاسِ مِنْهُ »
