‌جِنَايَةُ الْمُكَاتَبِ مَا فِيهَا

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 27336

Hazrat Shaibani narrated that Hazrat Hammad said: "The scribe will try his best regarding the compensation and the share of the kitab (writing)".

حضرت شیبانی فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت حماد نے ارشاد فرمایا : مکاتب تاوان اور مال کتابت میں حصوں کے اعتبار سے سعی کرے گا۔

Hazrat Shaibani farmate hain ki Hazrat Hammad ne irshad farmaya: Katib tawan aur maal kitabat mein hisson ke aitbaar se saee karega.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، قَالَ : « يَسْعَى فِيهَا فِي الْمُكَاتَبَةِ بِالْحِصَصِ »
