كِتَابُ الْحُدُودِ

Regarding the punishment for a homosexual, the same as for an adulterer.

‌فِي اللُّوطِيِّ حَدٌّ كَحَدِّ الزَّانِي

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 28348

Hazrat Qatada narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Abdullah bin Umar said: "Stoning to death will be the punishment for this (adultery) like the punishment of the people of Lot."

حضرت قتادہ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عبید اللہ بن عبداللہ بن معمر نے ارشاد فرمایا : اس پر سنگسار کرنے کی سزا لازم ہوگی قوم لوط کے قتل کی نوعیت کی طرح۔

Hazrat Qatada farmate hain ki Hazrat Ubaid Ullah bin Abdullah bin Umar ne irshad farmaya is par sangsar karne ki saza lazim hogi qaum loot ke qatal ki nooiyat ki tarah

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ ، قَالَ : « عَلَيْهِ الرَّجْمُ قَتَلَهُ عَمَلُ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ »
