‌فِي السَّارِقِ، مَنْ قَالَ: يُقْطَعُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ

Who said: His hand is not cut off for less than ten dirhams?
‌مَنْ قَالَ: لَا تُقْطَعُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ

Regarding the thief who is caught before leaving the house with the stolen goods.
‌فِي السَّارِقِ يُؤْخَذُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ بِالْمَتَاعِ

Regarding the man who steals, drinks wine, and kills.
‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْرِقُ وَيَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ وَيَقْتُلُ

Regarding the thief, his hand is cut off, and he is pursued for theft.
‌فِي السَّارِقِ تُقْطَعُ يَدُهُ يُتْبَعُ بِالسَّرِقَةِ

Regarding the runaway slave who steals, what is done with him?
‌فِي الْعَبْدِ الْآبِقِ يَسْرِقُ مَا يُصْنَعُ بِهِ

Who said: His hand is not cut off if he steals while running away?
‌مَنْ، قَالَ: لَا يُقْطَعُ إِذَا سَرَقَ فِي إِبَاقِهِ

‌فِي الْغُلَامِ يَسْرِقُ أَوْ يَأْتِي الْحَدَّ

‌مَا جَاءَ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ تُصِيبُ حَدًّا

What has been said about what obligates a boy to face punishment.
‌مَا جَاءَ فِيمَا يُوجِبُ عَلَى الْغُلَامِ الْحَدَّ

Regarding the man who repeatedly steals, commits adultery, and drinks wine, what is upon him?
‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْرِقُ مِرَارًا وَيَزْنِي وَيَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ مَا عَلَيْهِ

Regarding the slave who confesses to a punishable offense, is that confession valid against him?
‌فِي الْعَبْدِ يُقِرُّ بِمَا فِيهِ حَدٌّ، هَلْ يَجُوزُ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ

‌مَا قَالُوا: إِذَا أُخِذَ عَلَى سَرِقَةٍ يُقْطَعُ أَوْ لَا

‌فِي أَرْبَعَةٍ شَهِدُوا عَلَى الرَّجُلِ بِالزِّنَا، فَلَمْ يُعَدَّلُوا

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يُقِرُّ بِالسَّرِقَةِ كَمْ يُرَدَّدُ مَرَّةً

‌فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تُقْذَفُ وَقَدْ مُلِكَتْ مَرَّةً

‌فِي السَّارِقِ يَسْرِقُ فَتُقْطَعُ يَدُهُ وَرِجْلُهُ، ثُمَّ يَعُودُ

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَزْنِي مَمْلُوكُهُ، يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ أَمْ لَا

‌فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ يُصِيبُ الْحَدَّ
