‌مَا جَاءَ فِي التَّشَفُّعِ لِلسَّارِقِ

Regarding the thief, who said: His hand is cut off for less than ten dirhams?

‌فِي السَّارِقِ، مَنْ قَالَ: يُقْطَعُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ

Who said: His hand is not cut off for less than ten dirhams?

‌مَنْ قَالَ: لَا تُقْطَعُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ

Regarding the thief who is caught before leaving the house with the stolen goods.

‌فِي السَّارِقِ يُؤْخَذُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ بِالْمَتَاعِ

Regarding the man who steals, drinks wine, and kills.

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْرِقُ وَيَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ وَيَقْتُلُ

Regarding the thief, his hand is cut off, and he is pursued for theft.

‌فِي السَّارِقِ تُقْطَعُ يَدُهُ يُتْبَعُ بِالسَّرِقَةِ

Regarding the runaway slave who steals, what is done with him?

‌فِي الْعَبْدِ الْآبِقِ يَسْرِقُ مَا يُصْنَعُ بِهِ

Who said: His hand is not cut off if he steals while running away?

‌مَنْ، قَالَ: لَا يُقْطَعُ إِذَا سَرَقَ فِي إِبَاقِهِ

Regarding the boy who steals or commits a punishable offense.

‌فِي الْغُلَامِ يَسْرِقُ أَوْ يَأْتِي الْحَدَّ

What has been said about the slave girl who commits a punishable offense.

‌مَا جَاءَ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ تُصِيبُ حَدًّا

What has been said about what obligates a boy to face punishment.

‌مَا جَاءَ فِيمَا يُوجِبُ عَلَى الْغُلَامِ الْحَدَّ

Regarding the man who repeatedly steals, commits adultery, and drinks wine, what is upon him?

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْرِقُ مِرَارًا وَيَزْنِي وَيَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ مَا عَلَيْهِ

Regarding the slave who confesses to a punishable offense, is that confession valid against him?

‌فِي الْعَبْدِ يُقِرُّ بِمَا فِيهِ حَدٌّ، هَلْ يَجُوزُ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ

What they said: If someone is caught stealing, is his hand cut off or not?

‌مَا قَالُوا: إِذَا أُخِذَ عَلَى سَرِقَةٍ يُقْطَعُ أَوْ لَا

‌فِي أَرْبَعَةٍ شَهِدُوا عَلَى الرَّجُلِ بِالزِّنَا، فَلَمْ يُعَدَّلُوا

Regarding the man who confesses to theft, how many times is he asked to repeat it?

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يُقِرُّ بِالسَّرِقَةِ كَمْ يُرَدَّدُ مَرَّةً

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ الْقَوْمَ جَمِيعًا

Regarding the Muslim who accuses a non-Muslim, is he subject to punishment or not?

‌فِي الْمُسْلِمِ يَقْذِفُ الذِّمِّيَّ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ أَمْ لَا

Regarding a Jewish or Christian woman who is accused of adultery and has a Muslim husband or son.

‌فِي الْيَهُودِيَّةِ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّةِ تُقْذَفُ، وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ أَوِ ابْنٌ مُسْلِمٌ

‌فِي الذِّمِّيِّ يَقْذِفُ الْمُسْلِمَ

‌فِي الْعَبْدِ يَقْذِفُ الْحُرَّ كَمْ يُضْرَبُ

Who said: The slave receives eighty lashes for accusing someone of adultery?

‌مَنْ قَالَ: يُضْرَبُ الْعَبْدُ فِي الْقَذْفِ ثَمَانِينَ

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ ابْنَهُ مَا عَلَيْهِ

Regarding a man who denies that another man is the son of his father and mother.

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَنْفِي الرَّجُلَ مِنْ أَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ

‌مَا قَالُوا فِي قَاذِفِ أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ

Who said: The accuser of the mother of his child is to be lashed?

‌مَنْ، قَالَ: يُضْرَبُ قَاذِفُ أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ

Regarding a woman who is accused after having once been owned.

‌فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تُقْذَفُ وَقَدْ مُلِكَتْ مَرَّةً

Regarding a thief whose hand and foot were cut off, then he steals again.

‌فِي السَّارِقِ يَسْرِقُ فَتُقْطَعُ يَدُهُ وَرِجْلُهُ، ثُمَّ يَعُودُ

Regarding a man whose slave commits adultery, is the punishment carried out on him or not?

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَزْنِي مَمْلُوكُهُ، يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ أَمْ لَا

Regarding the contracted slave who commits a punishable offense.

‌فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ يُصِيبُ الْحَدَّ

Who said: There is no punishment on a slave girl until she is married.

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ: يَا فَاعِلُ بِأُمِّهِ

Regarding the adulterer and adulteress, are their clothes removed or are they lashed in them?

‌فِي الزَّانِيَةِ وَالزَّانِي يُخْلَعُ عَنْهُمَا ثِيَابُهُمَا أَوْ يُضْرَبَانِ فِيهَا

Regarding a man found with a woman under one garment.

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوجَدُ مَعَ امْرَأَةٍ فِي ثَوْبٍ

Regarding a woman who disguised herself as another man's slave, and he had relations with her.

‌فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَشَبَّهَتْ بِأَمَةِ رَجُلٍ فَوَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا

‌فِي اللُّوطِيِّ حَدٌّ كَحَدِّ الزَّانِي

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِلرَّجُلِ: يَا لُوطِيُّ مَنْ قَالَ: لَا يُحَدُّ

‌مَنْ قَالَ: عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ إِذَا قَالَ: يَا لُوطِيُّ

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ الرَّجُلَ فَيُقِيمُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ، ثُمَّ يَقْذِفُهُ أَيْضًا

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ الرَّجُلَ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ يَمِينٌ

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يُلَاعِنُ، وَتَأْبَى الْمَرْأَةُ

Regarding a man who curses his wife, then slanders her.

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يُلَاعِنُ امْرَأَتَهُ، ثُمَّ يَقْذِفُهَا

Regarding a man who has been punished and then slanders his wife.

‌فِي الْمَحْدُودِ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ

‌فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَوُجِدَ يَغْشَاهَا، وَشُهِدَ عَلَيْهِ فَأَنْكَرَ أَنْ يَكُونَ طَلَّقَهَا

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِلرَّجُلِ: زَعَمَ فُلَانٌ أَنَّكَ زَانٍ
