كِتَابُ أَقْضِيَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ Regarding a drunk person who kills.

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 29111
Imam Zuhri narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ruled regarding oath that the burden of proof is upon the claimant.
امام زہری فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حلف کے بارے میں یوں فیصلہ فرمایا ہے کہ حلف مدعیٰ علیہ کے ذمہ ہے۔
Imam Zuhri farmate hain keh Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne halaf ke bare mein yun faisla farmaya hai keh halaf muddai alaih ke zimma hai.
حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ : « أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى فِي الْقَسَامَةِ أَنَّ الْيَمِينَ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ »
