كِتَابُ الدُّعَاءِ
What a man should supplicate when the prayer is established.
مَا يَدْعُو بِهِ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 29774
When Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) would hear the Mu'azzin saying, "Come towards prayer" he would say: "With the help of Allah." And when the Mu'azzin would say, "Come towards success" he would say: "The strength to avoid sins and the power to do good deeds is only with the help of Allah."
حضرت مجاہد جب مؤذن کے اس کلمہ کو سنتے : آؤ نماز کی طرف تو فرماتے؛ اللہ کی مدد سے ، پس جب مؤذن کہتا ! آؤ کامیابی کی طرف تو کہتے : گناہوں سے بچنے کی طاقت اور نیکی کرنے کی قوت صرف اللہ کی مدد سے ہے۔
Hazrat Mujahid jab moazzin ke iss kalma ko sunte: aao namaz ki taraf to farmate; Allah ki madad se, pas jab moazzin kehta! aao kamyabi ki taraf to kehte: gunahon se bachne ki taqat aur neki karne ki quwwat sirf Allah ki madad se hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ : حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ ، قَالَ : « الْمُسْتَعَانُ بِاللَّهِ »، فَإِذَا قَالَ : حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ ، قَالَ : « لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ »
