كِتَابُ الْأُمَرَاءِ
What was mentioned about the traditions of rulers and visiting them
مَا ذُكِرَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْأُمَرَاءِ وَالدُّخُولِ عَلَيْهِمْ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30587
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Harith Azdi that Muhammad bin Hanafiyyah said: May Allah have mercy on the one who enriches his soul and restrains his hand, and keeps his tongue shut, and stays in his house for what he has done and he is with his beloved.
حضرت حارث ازدی سے روایت ہے کہ محمد بن حنفیہ فرماتے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس آدمی پر رحم فرمائیں جو اپنے نفس کو غنی رکھے اور اپنا ہاتھ روک کر رکھے، اور اپنی زبان بند رکھے، اور اپنے گھر میں بیٹھ رہے کہ اس کے لیے جو اس نے کیا اور وہ اپنے پسندیدہ لوگوں کے ساتھ ہو۔
Hazrat Haris Azdi se riwayat hai keh Muhammad bin Hanfia farmate hain keh Allah Taala us aadmi par reham farmaein jo apne nafs ko ghani rakhe aur apna hath rok kar rakhe, aur apni zaban band rakhe, aur apne ghar mein beth raha keh uske liye jo usne kiya aur wo apne pasandida logon ke sath ho.
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَزْدِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ ابْنُ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ : « رَحِمَ اللَّهُ امْرَأً أَغْنَى نَفْسَهُ وَكَفَّ يَدَهُ وَأَمْسَكَ لِسَانَهُ وَجَلَسَ فِي بَيْتِهِ ، لَهُ مَا احْتَسَبَ ، وَهُوَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ »
