كِتَابُ الْأُمَرَاءِ
What was mentioned about the traditions of rulers and visiting them
مَا ذُكِرَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْأُمَرَاءِ وَالدُّخُولِ عَلَيْهِمْ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30588
Abu 'Uqail reported: We were in a glen at the door of Muhammad ibn Hanafiyyah and his son came out (of the house) wearing two wrappers, and said: O group of the companions of 'Ali! My father sends you greetings. The narrator said: They became so much humble as if birds had perched upon their heads. He (the son of lbn Hanafiyyah) then said: My father says that we do not love those who curse (others), nor those who transgress the bounds (in religion), nor those who show promptness (in passing judgment) regarding the decree (of Allah).
ابو عقیل فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم ایک گھاٹی میں حضرت محمد ابن حنفیہ کے دروازے پر تھے ، ان کا بیٹا گھر سے نکلا جس کے دو مینڈھیاں بنی ہوئی تھیں اس نے کہا اے حضرت علی کے ساتھیوں کی جماعت ! میرے والد صاحب آپ کو سلام کہتے ہیں، راوی کہتے ہیں کہ وہ اس طرح مؤدّب ہوگئے جیسے ان کے سروں پر پرندے بیٹھے ہوں، پھر اس نے کہا میرے والد صاحب فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم لعنت کرنے والوں ، حد سے تجاوز کرنے والوں اور تقدیر کے فیصلے میں جلدی کرنے والوں سے محبت نہیں کرتے۔
Abu Aqil farmate hain ke hum aik ghati mein Hazrat Muhammad Ibn Hanfia ke darwaze par thay, un ka beta ghar se nikla jis ke do maidyan bani hui thi us ne kaha aye Hazrat Ali ke sathion ki jamat! mere walid sahab ap ko salam kehte hain, ravi kehte hain ke wo is tarah moaddab ho gaye jaise un ke saron par parinde baithe hon, phir us ne kaha mere walid sahab farmate hain ke hum lanat karne walon, had se tajawuz karne walon aur taqdeer ke faisle mein jaldi karne walon se muhabbat nahin karte.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ رَضِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي عَقِيلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : كُنَّا عَلَى بَابِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ بِالشُّعَبِ فَخَرَجَ ابْنٌ لَهُ ذُؤَابَتَانِ ، فَقَالَ : يَا مَعْشَرَ الشِّيعَةِ ، إِنَّ أَبِي يُقْرِئُكُمُ السَّلَامَ ، قَالَ : فَكَأَنَّمَا كَانَتْ عَلَى رُءُوسِهِمِ الطَّيْرُ ، قَالَ : إِنَّ أَبِي يَقُولُ : « إِنَّا لَا نُحِبُّ اللَّعَّانِينَ وَلَا الْمُفَرِّطِينَ وَلَا الْمُسْتَعْجِلِينَ بِالْقَدَرِ »
