Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30666
It is narrated from Abu Ad-Duha, who said: A man told me that he heard from 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: When you would see Mughirah ibn Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him), you would say: "May your nose be rubbed in the dust, O Mughirah!" Whenever I saw you, I would be afraid.
ابو الضحیٰ سے روایت ہے فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے ایک صاحب نے بیان کیا جنہوں نے حضرت عمر (رض) سے یہ بات سنی ہے کہ جب آپ حضرت مغیرہ بن شعبہ (رض) کو دیکھتے تو فرماتے کہ مغیرہ ! تیرا ناس ہو جب بھی میں نے آپ کو دیکھا میں ڈر ہی گیا۔
Abu al-Duha se riwayat hai farmate hain ke mujhe ek sahib ne bayan kiya jinhon ne Hazrat Umar (RA) se yeh baat suni hai ke jab aap Hazrat Mughirah bin Shaaba (RA) ko dekhte to farmate ke Mughirah! tera naas ho jab bhi maine aap ko dekha mein dar hi gaya.
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ إِذَا رَأَى الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُعْبَةَ : وَيْحَكَ يَا مُغِيرَةُ ، وَاللَّهِ مَا رَأَيْتُكَ قَطُّ إِلَّا خَشِيتُ "
