Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 30786
It is narrated on the authority of Hamid that Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! I have given my garden in the name of Allah. And if I could have concealed it, I would not have disclosed it." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Distribute it among your needy relatives."
حمید حضرت انس (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ابو طلحہ (رض) نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس حاضر ہوئے، اور عرض کیا اے اللہ کے رسول ! میں نے اپنا باغ اللہ کے نام پردے دیا، اور اگر میں اس بات کو چھپا سکتا تو اس کو ظاہر نہ کرتا، نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس باغ کو اپنے حاجت مند قرابت داروں میں تقسیم کردو۔
Hameed Hazrat Anas (RA) se riwayat karte hain keh Abu Talha (RA) Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas hazir hue, aur arz kiya aye Allah ke Rasool! mein ne apna bagh Allah ke naam pe de diya, aur agar mein is baat ko chhupa sakta to is ko zahir na karta, Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Is bagh ko apne haajatmand qarabat daron mein taqseem kar do.
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، أَنَّ " أَبَا طَلْحَةَ جَاءَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي جَعَلْتُ حَائِطِي لِلَّهِ ، وَلَوِ اسْتَطَعْتُ أَنْ أُخْفِيَهُ لَمْ أُظْهِرْهُ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ : « اجْعَلْهُ فِي فُقَرَاءِ أَهْلِكَ »
