كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا If a man from the heirs testifies to a debt on the deceased
إِذَا شَهِدَ الرَّجُلُ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31006
It is narrated from Sh'ath that Hazrat Sha'bi said: If two or three people from amongst the heirs bear witness, their witness will be considered an admission from their side.
اشعث سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت شعبی نے فرمایا کہ جب ورثاء میں سے دو یا تین آدمی گواہی دیں تو یہ گواہی ان کی طرف سے اقرار ہی سمجھی جائے گی۔
Ushas se riwayat hai keh Hazrat Shuaibi ne farmaya keh jab warison mein se do ya teen aadmi gawahi dein tou yeh gawahi unki taraf se iqrar hi samjhi jaye gi.
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ : « إِذَا شَهِدَ رَجُلَانِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ ، فَإِنَّمَا أَقَرُّوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ »
