كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا

If a man from the heirs testifies to a debt on the deceased

‌إِذَا شَهِدَ الرَّجُلُ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31008

It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Sha'th that Hadrat Hasan said: "They are both Muslim witnesses, therefore their testimony is binding on all heirs."

اشعث سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت حسن نے فرمایا کہ وہ دونوں گواہ مسلمان ہیں، اس لیے ان کی گواہی تمام ورثاء پر نافذ ہوگی۔

Ashat se riwayat hai keh Hazrat Hasan ne farmaya keh woh donon gawah musalman hain, is liye un ki gawahi tamam warisa par nafiz hogi.

حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ : « هُمَا شَاهِدَانِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ، تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُمَا عَلَى الْوَرَثَةِ كُلِّهِمْ »
