Regarding a woman and her two parents, how much is it

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31055
It is narrated from Hazrat Ali (R.A) that in the case of inheritance where there is a wife and parents, the wife's share is one-fourth and the mother's share is one-third of the remaining property, and the rest belongs to the father.
شعبی حضرت علی (رض) سے اس صورت کے بارے میں نقل کرتے ہیں کہ جب ورثاء میں بیوی اور والدین ہوں کہ بیوی کے لیے ایک چوتھائی اور ماں کے لیے بقیہ مال کا ایک تہائی ہے، اور اس کے علاوہ باقی باپ کے لیے ہے۔
Shobai Hazrat Ali (RA) se iss soorat ke baray mein naqal karte hain keh jab warison mein biwi aur walidain hon keh biwi ke liye ek chauthai aur maan ke liye baqiya maal ka ek tihai hai, aur iske ilawa baqi baap ke liye hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ : « لِلْمَرْأَةِ الرُّبْعُ ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأَبِ »
