‌مَنْ كَانَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بَيْنَ الْإِخْوَةِ وَالْأَخَوَاتِ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ مَعَ الْإِخْوَةِ لِلْأُمِّ فِي ثُلُثِهِمْ وَيَقُولُ: هُوَ لَهُمْ
