Yunus narrates that Hazrat Hassan used to say that when a child dies and one of his parents is a Muslim, then his heir will be a Muslim, not a disbeliever.
یونس روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت حسن فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ جب بچہ مرجائے اور اس کے والدین میں سے کوئی ایک مسلمان ہو تو اس کا وارث مسلمان ہوگا نہ کہ کافر۔

Abdul Hameed bin Salmah narrates from his father and he from his grandfather that his parents started arguing in front of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) about him. One of them was a Muslim and the other a disbeliever. The Prophet (peace be upon him) gave him the choice, and he inclined towards the disbeliever. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "O Allah! Guide him." So, he inclined towards the Muslim. The Prophet (peace be upon him) then gave the verdict in favor of the Muslim.
عبد الحمید بن سلمہ اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ان کے والدین ان کے بارے میں نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے سامنے جھگڑا کرنے لگے جن میں سے ایک مسلمان اور دوسرا کافر تھا، آپ نے ان کو اختیار دے دیا، اور وہ کافر کی طرف مائل ہوگئے، آپ نے فرمایا : اے اللہ ! اس کو ہدایت فرما دے، چنانچہ وہ مسلمان کی طرف مائل ہوگئے ، آپ نے اس کا مسلمان کے لیے فیصلہ فرما دیا۔
Abdul Hameed bin Salma apne walid se aur woh apne dada se riwayat karte hain ke un ke waldain un ke bare mein Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke samne jhagda karne lage jin mein se aik musalman aur dusra kafir tha, aap ne un ko ikhtiyar de diya, aur woh kafir ki taraf mail ho gaye, aap ne farmaya: Aye Allah! is ko hidayat farma de, chunancha woh musalman ki taraf mail ho gaye, aap ne is ka musalman ke liye faisla farma diya.
Hajjaj narrates from Hazrat Ata and Hasan (may Allah be pleased with them) regarding a Jew or a Christian who converts to Islam, that his son will belong to the Muslim.
حجاج حضرت عطاء اور حسن (رض) سے اس یہودی اور نصرانی کے بارے میں روایت کرتے ہیں جو مسلمان ہوجائے، کہ ان کا بیٹا مسلمان کے لیے ہوگا۔

It is narrated from Hisham from Hasan that if a Jewish or Christian woman dies and she is married to a Muslim man, and they have young children, then the child will stay with their Muslim father. If they die in their childhood then their inheritance will go to their Muslim father and their mother will not have any share in the inheritance until they are young.
ہشام حضرت حسن سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ جب یہودی یا نصرانی عورت مرجائے اور وہ مسلمان کے نکاح میں ہو جس سے اس کی نابالغ اولاد ہو تو بچہ اپنے مسلمان باپ کے ساتھ ہوگا، پس اگر وہ بچپن ہی میں مرجائیں تو ان کی میراث ان کے مسلمان باپ کے لیے ہوگی، اور ان کی ماں کا میراث میں کچھ حصّہ نہیں، جب تک وہ نابالغ ہوں۔
Hisham Hazrat Hassan se riwayat karte hain ki jab yehudi ya nasrani aurat mar jaye aur woh musalman ke nikah mein ho jis se uski nabaligh aulad ho to baccha apne musalman baap ke sath hoga, pas agar woh bachpan hi mein mar jayen to unki miraas unke musalman baap ke liye hogi, aur unki maan ka miraas mein kuch hissa nahi, jab tak woh nabaligh hon.
