كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ The child dies, and one of his parents is Muslim, who inherits from him
الصَّبِيُّ يَمُوتُ وَأَحَدُ أَبَوَيْهِ مُسْلِمٌ، لِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ مِنْهُمَا

Hajjaj narrates from Hazrat Ata and Hasan (may Allah be pleased with them) regarding a Jew or a Christian who converts to Islam, that his son will belong to the Muslim.
حجاج حضرت عطاء اور حسن (رض) سے اس یہودی اور نصرانی کے بارے میں روایت کرتے ہیں جو مسلمان ہوجائے، کہ ان کا بیٹا مسلمان کے لیے ہوگا۔
Hujjaj Hazrat Ata aur Hasan (RA) se is yahoodi aur nasrani ke baare mein riwayat karte hain jo musalman hojaaye, keh un ka beta musalman ke liye hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَالْحَسَنِ ، فِي الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ يُسْلِمُ : « الْوَلَدُ مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِ »
