٣٣-
كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ The child dies, and one of his parents is Muslim, who inherits from him
الصَّبِيُّ يَمُوتُ وَأَحَدُ أَبَوَيْهِ مُسْلِمٌ، لِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ مِنْهُمَا

It is narrated from Hazrat Shuraih (R.A) that he said, "He will belong to his Muslim father.
شعبی حضرت شریح سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، فرمایا کہ وہ مسلمان والد کے لیے ہوگا۔
Shabi Hazrat Shariah se riwayat karte hain, farmaya keh woh musalman walid ke liye hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ ، قَالَ : « هُوَ لِلْوَالِدِ الْمُسْلِمِ »
