The child dies, and one of his parents is Muslim, who inherits from him

‌الصَّبِيُّ يَمُوتُ وَأَحَدُ أَبَوَيْهِ مُسْلِمٌ، لِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ مِنْهُمَا

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31461

Hasan narrates from Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the children will be with the Muslim parent.

حسن حضرت عمر (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ اولاد والدین میں سے مسلمان کے ساتھ ہوگی۔

Hasan Hazrat Umar (RA) se riwayat karte hain ke aulad walidain mein se musalman ke saath hogi.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : « الْوَلَدُ مَعَ الْوَالِدِ الْمُسْلِمِ »
