Qatadah narrated that Hazrat Ali (R.A) and Zayd (R.A) said about the son of a woman who performed Li'an that one-third of the property is for his mother and the remaining property will be kept in Baitul Maal.
قتادہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت علی (رض) اور زید (رض) لعان کرنے والی عورت کے بیٹے کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک تہائی مال اس کی ماں کے لیے ہے اور بقیہ مال بیت المال میں رکھا جائے گا۔
Qatada riwayat karte hain keh Hazrat Ali (RA) aur Zaid (RA) lian karne wali aurat ke bete ke baare mein farmate hain keh aik tihai maal uski maan ke liye hai aur baqiya maal baitul maal mein rakha jayega.
According to some narrations, Hazrat Zuhri said that a woman who accuses her husband of adultery (Li'an) will inherit her share of inheritance from her son, and the remaining property will be deposited in the public treasury (Baitul Maal).
اوزاعی روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت زہری نے فرمایا کہ لعان کرنے والی اپنے بیٹے سے اپنے حصّہ کی وارث ہوگی اور باقی مال بیت المال میں رکھا جائے گا۔
Auzai riwayat karte hain keh Hazrat Zuhri ne farmaya keh laan karne wali apne bete se apne hissa ki waris hogi aur baqi maal baitul maal mein rakha jaye ga.
Malik narrates from Imam 'Urwah that when the son of a woman who has been invoked upon with the curse of Lian, and the child of adultery die, then their mother will inherit from them her share as has been mentioned in the Book of Allah, and her brothers from her father's side will inherit their share, and the remaining wealth is for the Muslims.
مالک بن انس حضرت عروہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ جب لعان کرنے والی عورت کا بیٹا اور ولد الزنا مرجائیں تو ان کی ماں ان سے اپنے اس حق کی وارث ہوگی جو کتا باللہ میں بیان کیا گیا ہے، اور اس کے ماں شریک بھائی اپنے حقوق کے وارث ہوں گے، اور باقی مال مسلمانوں کے لیے ہے۔
Malik bin Anas Hazrat Urwa se riwayat karte hain ke jab laan karne wali aurat ka beta aur walad-ul-zina marjain to un ki maan un se apne us haq ki waris hogi jo kita-billah mein bayan kiya gaya hai, aur us ke maan sharik bhai apne huqooq ke waris honge, aur baqi maal Musalmanon ke liye hai.
