٣٣-
كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Who said: the cursed woman gets one-third, and the rest goes to the treasury
مَنْ قَالَ: لِلْمُلَاعَنَةِ الثُّلُثُ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ

According to some narrations, Hazrat Zuhri said that a woman who accuses her husband of adultery (Li'an) will inherit her share of inheritance from her son, and the remaining property will be deposited in the public treasury (Baitul Maal).
اوزاعی روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت زہری نے فرمایا کہ لعان کرنے والی اپنے بیٹے سے اپنے حصّہ کی وارث ہوگی اور باقی مال بیت المال میں رکھا جائے گا۔
Auzai riwayat karte hain keh Hazrat Zuhri ne farmaya keh laan karne wali apne bete se apne hissa ki waris hogi aur baqi maal baitul maal mein rakha jaye ga.
حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ : « تَرِثُهُ مِيرَاثَهَا ، وَبَقِيَّتُهُ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ »
