Regarding the murderer, he inherits nothing

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31398
Saeed bin Musayyab narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has decreed that whoever kills someone, whether intentionally or unintentionally, will not inherit the blood money of the deceased, and Zuhri says that the killer will not inherit anything from the deceased, whether he is a son or a father. But he will inherit his own property from the deceased, because Allah Almighty knows that people will kill each other, and no one has the right to abolish the inheritances that Allah Almighty has decreed.
سعید بن مسیب فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے یہ فیصلہ فرمایا ہے کہ جو آدمی کسی کو قتل کر دے وہ خواہ جان بوجھ کر قتل کرے یا غلطی سے ، مقتول کی دیت کا وارث نہیں ہوگا، اور زہری فرماتے ہیں قاتل مقتول کی کسی چیز کا وارث نہیں ہوگا، چاہے وہ بیٹا ہو یا باپ ہو۔ لیکن وہ مقتول کے اپنے مال کا وارث ہوگا، کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ کو یہ علم ہے کہ لوگ ایک دوسرے کو قتل کریں گے، اور کسی کو یہ حق نہیں ہے کہ ان وراثتوں کو ختم کر دے جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے مقرر کردی ہیں۔
Saeed bin Musayyab farmate hain ke Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne ye faisla farmaya hai ke jo aadmi kisi ko qatal kar de woh chahe jaan boojh kar qatal kare ya ghalti se, maqtul ki deet ka waris nahi hoga, aur Zuhri farmate hain qatil maqtul ki kisi cheez ka waris nahi hoga, chahe woh beta ho ya baap ho. Lekin woh maqtul ke apne maal ka waris hoga, kyunki Allah Ta'ala ko ye ilm hai ke log ek dusre ko qatal karenge, aur kisi ko ye haq nahi hai ke un wirasaton ko khatam kar de jo Allah Ta'ala ne muqarrar kardi hain.
حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، قَالَ : قَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ : « لَا يَرِثُ قَاتِلٌ مِنْ قَاتِلِ قَرِيبِهِ شَيْئًا مِنَ الدِّيَةِ عَمْدًا أَوْ خَطَأً »، وَقَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ : الْقَاتِلُ لَا يَرِثُ مِنْ دِيَةٍ مَنْ قُتِلَ شَيْئًا ، وَإِنْ كَانَ وَلَدًا أَوْ وَالِدًا ، وَلَكِنْ يَرِثُ مِنْ مَالِهِ لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ عَلِمَ أَنَّ النَّاسَ يَقْتُلُ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا ، وَلَا يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَقْطَعَ الْمَوَارِيثَ الَّتِي فَرَضَهَا
