٣٣-
كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Regarding a man captured by the enemy, and someone dies, does he inherit from him
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَأْسِرُهُ الْعَدُوُّ فَيَمُوتُ لَهُ الْمَيِّتُ، أَيَرِثُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا

Ibn Abi Ziyad narrates that Zuhri said that the captive would inherit.
ابن ابی ذئب روایت کرتے ہیں کہ زہری نے فرمایا کہ قیدی وارث ہوگا۔
Ibn Abi Zuhaib riwayat karte hain ki Zahri ne farmaya ki qaidhi waris hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : « يَرِثُ الْأَسِيرُ »
