كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ A slave married a free woman, and then he was freed after having children with her, to whom does the loyalty of his children go
مَمْلُوكٌ تَزَوَّجَ حُرَّةً، ثُمَّ إِنَّهُ أُعْتِقَ بَعْدَمَا وَلَدَتْ لَهُ أَوْلَادًا، لِمَنْ يَكُونُ وَلَاءُ وَلَدِهِ

Aswad narrated from Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said that when the father is free, he will take over the guardianship.
اسود حضرت عبداللہ (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں فرمایا کہ جب باپ آزاد ہوگا ولاء کو کھینچ لے گا۔
Aswad Hazrat Abdullah (Raz) se riwayat karte hain farmaya keh jab baap azad hoga wala ko khench lega.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا أُعْتِقَ الْأَبُ جَرَّ الْوَلَاءَ »
