٣٣-
كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Who said: If the agnates, one of them is closer by the mother, then he gets the wealth
مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَتِ الْعَصَبَةُ أَحَدُهُمْ أَقْرَبَ بِأُمٍّ فَلَهُ الْمَالُ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31555
Abu Wael narrates that Hazrat Umar wrote to Hazrat Abdullah that when in a group of inheritors, one is closer to the mother, then the wealth should be given to that person.
ابو وائل فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر نے حضرت عبداللہ کو لکھا کہ جب عصبہ میں کوئی ماں کے زیادہ قریب ہو تو مال اسی کو دو ۔
Abu Wael farmate hain keh Hazrat Umar ne Hazrat Abdullah ko likha keh jab asba mein koi maan ke zyada qareeb ho to maal usi ko do.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : ثنا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، قَالَ : " كَتَبَ عُمَرُ ، إِلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُ الْعَصَبَةِ أَقْرَبَ بِأُمٍّ ، فَأَعْطِهِ الْمَالَ "
