What they said about castrating horses and animals, and who disapproved of it.
مَا قَالُوا فِي خِصَاءِ الْخَيْلِ وَالدَّوَابِّ مَنْ كَرِهَهُ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 32586
Mutarrif (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from a man who said that Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'Castrating animals is mutilation.' And then you (may Allah be pleased with you) recited this verse: {And indeed, We will command them, then they will change the creation of Allah}
حضرت مطرف (رض) ایک آدمی سے نقل کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابن عباس (رض) نے ارشاد فرمایا : جانوروں کو خصی کرنا تو مثلہ ہے۔ اور پھر آپ (رض) نے یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی : { وَلآمُرَنَّہُمْ فَلَیُغَیِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ اللہِ }
Hazrat Mutraf (RA) aik aadmi se naql karte hain keh Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) ne irshad farmaya: janwaron ko khasi karna to museelah hai. Aur phir aap (RA) ne yeh ayat tilawat farmaai: {walamurannahum falayughayyirunna khalq Allah}
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، وَابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : خِصَاءُ الْبَهَائِمِ مُثْلَةٌ ثُمَّ تَلَا ﴿ وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ ﴾ [ النساء : ١١٩ ]
