كِتَابُ الْسير
What they said about Magian women being taken captive and whether they can be intimate.
مَا قَالُوا فِي الْمَجُوسِيَّةِ تُسْبَى وَتُوطَأُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 32658
Imam Auza'i (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Do not go near a Jew or a Christian until they say La ilaha illallah (there is no god but Allah). Once they have recited this, consider them to have embraced Islam.
امام اوزاعی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت زہری (رض) نے ارشاد فرمایا : تم مجوسی کے قریب مت جاؤ یہاں تک کہ وہ لا الہ الا اللہ کہہ لے۔ پس جب وہ یہ پڑھے تو اس کی جانب سے اسلام سمجھا جائے گا۔
Imam Auzai (ra) farmate hain ke Hazrat Zuhri (ra) ne irshad farmaya : tum majusi ke qareeb mat jao yahan tak ke woh la ilaha illallah keh le. Pas jab woh ye padhe to us ki janib se Islam samjha jayega.
حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ : لَا نَقْرَبُ الْمَجُوسِيَّةَ حَتَّى تَقُولَ : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ، فَإِذَا قَالَتْ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ مِنْهَا إِسْلَامٌ .
