Who waged war with polytheists and gave them a share.

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 33165

Imam Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) states that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to take the Jews for Jihad and then give them a share of the spoils of war.

امام زہری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) یہودیوں کو جہاد کے لیے لے جایا کرتے تھے پھر ان کو مال غنیمت میں سے حصہ بھی عطا فرماتے۔

Imam Zuhri (RA) farmate hain keh Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Yahodion ko jihad ke liye le جایا karte thay phir un ko maal ghanimat mein se hissa bhi ata farmate.

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ « يَغْزُو بِالْيَهُودِ فَيُسْهِمُ لَهُمْ »
