Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 33302
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abdullah bin Shaqiq al-Uqayli that a person stood in the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! Tell me about the spoils of war?" You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "One part for Allah and four parts for them." I submitted, "Is there anyone more deserving than anyone else?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Even if an arrow is shot at your side, you are not more deserving than your brother."
حضرت عبداللہ بن شقیق العقیلی سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص حضور (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں کھڑا ہوا اور عرض کیا اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھے غنیمت کے متعلق بتائیے ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : ایک حصہ اللہ کے لیے اور چار حصے ان کیلئے۔ میں نے عرض کیا : کیا کوئی شخص کسی سے زیادہ حقدار بھی ہے ؟ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : اگر تیرے پہلو میں تیر بھی مارا گیا پھر بھی تو اپنے بھائی سے زیادہ حقدار نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Shaqeel Al Aqali se marvi hai keh aik shaks Huzoor (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein khara huwa aur arz kiya aye Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) mujhe Ghanimat ke mutalliq bataiye? Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Aik hissa Allah ke liye aur chaar hisse in ke liye. Maine arz kiya: kya koi shaks kisi se zyada haqdar bhi hai? Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Agar tere pehlu mein teer bhi mara gaya phir bhi tu apne bhai se zyada haqdar nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، ثنا كَهْمَسٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ قَالَ : قَامَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبِرْنِي عَنِ الْغَنِيمَةِ فَقَالَ : « لِلَّهِ سَهْمٌ ، وَلِهَؤُلَاءِ أَرْبَعَةٌ » قَالَ : قُلْتُ : فَهَلْ أَحَدٌ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ قَالَ : فَقَالَ : « إِنْ رُمِيتَ بِسَهْمٍ فِي جَنْبِكَ فَلَسْتَ بِأَحَقَّ بِهِ مِنْ أَخِيكَ »
