The chapter of whoever converts to Islam with something, it belongs to him
بَابُ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ لَهُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 33440
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever among the people of the earth is a Muslim, his wealth and family will be for him, and whatever land belongs to him is a treasure from Allah for the Muslims."
حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز (رض) نے ارشاد فرمایا : زمین والوں میں سے جو مسلمان ہو تو اس کا مال اور اھل و عیال اس کیلئے ہوگا، اور جو اس کی زمین ہے وہ اللہ کی طرف سے غنیمت ہے مسلمانوں کیلئے۔
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (RA) ne irshad farmaya: zameen walon mein se jo musalman ho to uska maal aur ahl o ayaal uskay liye hoga, aur jo uski zameen hai wo Allah ki taraf se ghanimat hai musalmanon ke liye.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ الْبَهْرَانِيِّ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ : « أَمَّا مَنْ أَسْلَمَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ ، فَلَهُ مَا أَسْلَمَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَهْلٍ أَوْ مَالٍ ، وَأَمَّا أَرْضُهُ فَهِيَ كَائِنَةٌ فِيمَا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ »
