كِتَابُ الْسير
A free man bought by another man
الْحُرُّ يَشْتَرِيهِ الرَّجُلُ

Hazrat Shabi (may Allah be pleased with him) said that as for the prisoners who are with the merchants, whom they have bought, then those who are free should not be sold, the merchant should be returned the original price.
حضرت شعبی (رض) ارشاد فرماتے ہیں کہ قیدیوں میں جو تاجروں کے پاس ہیں جن کو وہ خرید کر لائیں ہیں تو جو آزاد ہیں ان کو فروخت نہیں کیا جائے گا، تاجر کو اصل قیمت لوٹا دی جائے گی۔
Hazrat Shabi (RA) irshad farmate hain ke qaidion mein jo tajiron ke pas hain jin ko wo kharid kar laye hain to jo azad hain un ko farokht nahi kya jaye ga, tajir ko asal qeemat luta di jaye gi.
حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاذٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرِيزٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الشَّعْبِيَّ يَقُولُ : « مَا كَانَ مِنْ أُسَارَى فِي أَيْدِي التُّجَّارِ فَإِنَّ الْحُرَّ لَا يُبَاعُ فَارْدُدْ إِلَى التَّاجِرِ رَأْسَ مَالٍ »
