What Was Mentioned About the Asceticism of Our Prophet ﷺ

‌مَا ذُكِرَ عَنْ نَبِيِّنَا ﷺ فِي الزُّهْدِ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 34376

It is narrated from Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The price of the curtains of the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was six (dirhams) or thereabouts.

حضرت حسن سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی بیویوں کے پردوں کی قیمت چھ (درہم) یا اس کے قریب تھی۔

Hazrat Hassan se riwayat hai wo kehte hain ke janab nabi kareem (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ki biwiyon ke pardaon ki qeemat chhe (darham) ya uske qareeb thi.
