Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 35056
It is narrated on the authority of Said ibn Musayyab that he said that Muadh said: If there are two men, one of whom is attacking on horseback in the way of God and the other is remembering God, then this one who remembers is better and superior in terms of reward.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ حضرت معاذ نے ارشاد فرمایا : اگر دو آدمی ہوں ان میں سے ایک راہ خدا میں گھوڑے پر سوار حملہ کررہا ہو اور دوسرا اللہ کا ذکر کررہا ہو تو یہ ذاکر اجر کے اعتبار سے افضل اور بڑھیا ہوگا۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab se riwayat hai woh kehte hain keh Hazrat Muaz ne irshad farmaya: Agar do aadmi hon un mein se ek raah Khuda mein ghore par sawaar hamla kar raha ho aur dusra Allah ka zikr kar raha ho toh yeh zakir ajr ke aitbaar se afzal aur behtariya hoga.
شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ مُعَاذٌ : « لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا يَحْمِلُ عَلَى الْجِيَادِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، وَالْآخَرُ يَذْكُرُ اللَّهَ لَكَانَ هَذَا أَعْظَمَ أَوْ أَفْضَلَ أَجْرًا »، يَعْنِي الذَّاكِرَ
