كِتَابُ الزُّهْدِ
The Words of al-Hasan al-Basri
كَلَامُ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 35198
"It is narrated from Hazrat Hasan that he said: By God! These are not the worst days of a believer, the days in which his respite is brought near for him and in which he is reminded of what he had forgotten from his covenant and the days in which his sins are forgiven."
حضرت حسن سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ خدا کی قسم ! یہ مومن کے بدترین ایام نہیں ہوتے۔ وہ ایام جس میں اس کے لیے اس کی مہلت کو قریب کیا جاتا ہے اور جس میں اس کو اپنے معاد میں سے بھولی ہوئی بات یاد آجاتی ہے اور جن دنوں میں اس کے گناہ معاف کیے جاتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Hassan se riwayat hai woh kehte hain ke khuda ki qasam! Yeh momin ke badtareen ayaam nahi hote. Woh ayaam jis mein uske liye uski muhlat ko qareeb kiya jata hai aur jis mein usko apne miyad mein se bhooli hui baat yaad aajati hai aur jin dinon mein uske gunah maaf kiye jate hain.
يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مُبَارَكٌ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : « وَاللَّهِ مَا هِيَ بِأَشَرِّ أَيَّامِ الْمُؤْمِنِ ، أَيَّامٌ قُرِّبَ لَهُ فِيهَا مِنْ أَجَلِهِ ، وَذُكِّرَ مَا نَسِيَ مِنْ مَعَادِهِ وَكُفِّرَتْ بِهَا خَطَايَاهُ »
