كِتَابُ الْأَوَائِلِ
Chapter on the First Action and Who Did It
بَابُ أَوَّلِ مَا فُعِلَ وَمَنْ فَعَلَهُ

Hazrat Mujahid said that the first revelation sent down upon the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was (اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّکَ الَّذِی خَلَقَ) [Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists)] and then Surah Nun was revealed.
حضرت مجاہد فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر سب سے پہلے (اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّکَ الَّذِی خَلَقَ ) نازل ہوئی۔ اور پھر سورة نون نازل ہوئی۔
Hazrat Mujahid farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) par sab se pehle (Iqra Bismi Rabbikal lazi khalaq) nazil hui. Aur phir Surah Noon nazil hui.
وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ : « هِيَ أَوَّلُ سُورَةٍ نَزَلَتْ اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ ثُمَّ ن »
