Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36512
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, concluded a deal with the people of Khaybar regarding (the land produce of) dates or fruits for a fixed share (out of it).
حضرت ابن عمر سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اہل خیبر کے ساتھ کھیتی یا پھل میں سے نکلے ہوئے کے ایک حصہ پر معاملہ فرمایا۔
Hazrat Ibn Umar se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne ahl Khyber ke sath kheti ya phal mein se nikle hue ke ek hissa par mamla farmaya.
أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، « أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَامَلَ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا خَرَجَ مِنْ زَرْعٍ أَوْ ثَمَرٍ »
