Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36907
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Ali that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) took me with him until you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) took me to the Kaaba and then said, "Sit down." So I sat down on one side of the Kaaba and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) mounted my shoulders and then said to me, "Lift me up." So I lifted you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) up, but (when) I saw weakness in lifting you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) up, you said, "Sit down." So I sat down and you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) came down from me, then you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) sat down for me and said, "O Ali! Mount my shoulders." So I mounted your (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) shoulders, then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) took me up. When you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) lifted me up, it occurred to me that if I wanted, I could bring the horizon of the sky into my hand, then I climbed onto the roof of the Kaaba and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) stepped aside and said to me, "Throw down the biggest idol from among the (above) idols, which is Quraish." And it was an idol of copper and was fixed to the roof with iron nails. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) commanded me, "Shake it." So I started shaking it, and you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) kept saying to me, "And shake it, and shake it." So I kept shaking it until the idol came under my control. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) said, "Throw it down." So I threw the idol down and then I (myself) came down.
حضرت علی سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھے ساتھ لے کر چلے یہاں تک کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھے لے کر کعبہ میں پہنچے اور پھر فرمایا۔ بیٹھ جاؤ۔ چنانچہ میں کعبہ کی ایک جانب بیٹھ گیا اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) میرے کندھوں پر سوار ہوئے اور پھر مجھے فرمایا۔ مجھے لے کر اوپر اٹھو۔ مں ر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو لے کر اوپر اٹھا لیکن (جب) آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو اٹھا کر کھڑے ہونے میں کمزوری دیکھی تو پھر فرمایا۔ بیٹھ جاؤ۔ چنانچہ میں نیچے بیٹھ گیا اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) میرے اوپر سے اتر گئے پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) میرے لیے بیٹھ گئے اور فرمایا۔ اے علی ! میرے کندھوں پر سوار ہو جاؤ۔ پس میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے کندھوں پر سوار ہوگیا پھر جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھے لے کر اوپر کی طرف بلند ہوئے۔ جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھے لے کر اوپر اٹھے تو مجھے یہ خیال ہوا کہ اگر میں چاہوں تو میں آسمان افق کو بھی ہاتھ میں لاسکتا ہوں پھر میں کعبہ کی چھت پر چڑھ گیا اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ایک طرف ہٹ گئے اور مجھے ارشاد فرمایا۔ (اوپر موجود) بتوں میں سے سب سے بڑے بت کو جو کہ قریش ہے نیچے پھینک دو ۔ اور وہ بت تانبے کا تھا اور لوہے کی کیلوں کے ساتھ چھت پر گاڑھا ہوا تھا۔ تو مجھے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حکم فرمایا : اس کو ہلاؤ۔ چنانچہ میں نے اس کو ہلانا شروع کیا اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھے فرماتے جا رہے تھے۔ اور ہلاؤ، اور ہلاؤ۔ پس میں اس کو ہلاتا رہا یہاں تک کہ وہ بت میرے قابو میں آگیا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا۔ اس کو نیچے پھینک دو ۔ چنانچہ میں نے اس بت کو نیچے پھینک دیا اور پھر میں (خود بھی) نیچے اتر آیا۔
Hazrat Ali se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah mujhe saath lekar chale yahan tak keh aap mujhe lekar Kaba mein pahunche aur phir farmaya beth jao chunacha main Kaba ki aik janib beth gaya aur Rasul Allah mere kandhon par sawar hue aur phir mujhe farmaya mujhe lekar upar uthao main ne aap ko lekar upar utha lekin jab aap ko utha kar kharay hone mein kamzori dekhi to phir farmaya beth jao chunacha main neeche beth gaya aur aap mere upar se utar gaye phir aap mere liye beth gaye aur farmaya aye Ali mere kandhon par sawar ho jao pas main aap ke kandhon par sawar ho gaya phir janab Nabi Kareem mujhe lekar upar ki taraf buland hue jab aap mujhe lekar upar uthe to mujhe yeh khayal hua keh agar main chahun to main aasman ufaq ko bhi haath mein la sakta hun phir main Kaba ki chhat par chadh gaya aur Rasul Allah aik taraf hat gaye aur mujhe irshad farmaya upar mojood buton mein se sab se bare but ko jo keh Quresh hai neeche phenk do aur woh but tanbe ka tha aur lohe ki kilon ke saath chhat par gadha hua tha to mujhe Rasul Allah ne hukm farmaya is ko hilao chunacha main ne is ko hilana shuru kya aur aap mujhe farmate ja rahe the aur hilao aur hilao pas main is ko hilata raha yahan tak keh woh but mere kabu mein aa gaya aap ne irshad farmaya is ko neeche phenk do chunacha main ne is but ko neeche phenk diya aur phir main khud bhi neeche utar aaya
شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مَرْيَمَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : انْطَلَقَ بِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ حَتَّى أَتَى بِي الْكَعْبَةَ ، فَقَالَ : « اجْلِسْ » ، فَجَلَسْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِ الْكَعْبَةِ ، وَصَعِدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَى مَنْكِبَيْ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ لِيَ : « انْهَضْ بِي » ، فَنَهَضْتُ بِهِ ، فَلَمَّا رَأَى ضَعْفِي تَحْتَهُ قَالَ : اجْلِسْ ، فَجَلَسْتُ فَنَزَلَ عَنِّي وَجَلَسَ لِي ، فَقَالَ : « يَا عَلِيُّ ، اصْعَدْ عَلَى مَنْكِبَيْ » ، فَصَعِدْتُ عَلَى مَنْكِبِهِ ، ثُمَّ نَهَضَ بِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ، فَلَمَّا نَهَضَ بِي خُيِّلَ إِلَيَّ أَنِّي لَوْ شِئْتُ نِلْتُ أُفُقَ السَّمَاءِ ، فَصَعِدْتُ عَلَى ⦗ص:٤٠٤⦘ الْكَعْبَةِ ، وَتَنَحَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لِي : « أَلْقِ صَنَمَهُمْ »، لِأَكْبَرِ صَنَمِ قُرَيْشٍ ، وَكَانَ مِنْ نُحَاسٍ ، وَكَانَ مَوْتُودًا بِأَوْتَادٍ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ ، فَقَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « عَالِجْهُ » فَجَعَلْتُ أُعَالِجُهُ ، وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ : « إِيهٍ » ، فَلَمْ أَزَلْ أُعَالِجُهُ حَتَّى اسْتَمْكَنْتُ مِنْهُ ، فَقَالَ : « اقْذِفْهُ » فَقَذَفْتُهُ وَنَزَلْتُ "
