Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 37078
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Umm Haram that once we were accompanying the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on one of the paths of Madinah. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “ What will you do in this tribulation which will spread around the earth like the horns of a cow? “ The Companions asked, “O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! What shall we do then?” You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “You must stick to him and his companions.” The narrator says: So I (hearing this) quickly clung to this man and I submitted. “O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! This man?” You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Yes” and that person was Hazrat Uthman.
حضرت مرہ خریم سے روایت ہے کہ ہم ایک دن مدینہ کے راستوں میں سے ایک راستہ پر نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ہمراہ تھے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا۔ ” تم اس فتنہ میں کیا کرو گے جو زمین کے اطراف میں یوں پھیل جائے گا جیسے گائے کے سینگ ہوتے ہیں۔ “ صحابہ نے پوچھا ۔ اے اللہ کے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! پھر ہم کیا کریں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” تم اس کو اور اس کے ساتھیوں کو لازم پکڑنا۔ “ راوی کہتے ہیں : پس میں (یہ سن کر) اس آدمی پر جلدی سے لپٹا اور میں نے عرض کیا۔ اے اللہ کے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! یہ آدمی ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” یہی “ اور یہ شخص حضرت عثمان تھے۔
Hazrat Marra Khareeim se riwayat hai ki hum aik din Madinay ke raaston mein se aik raasta par Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wasallam) ke humrah thay ki aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wasallam) ne farmaya. "Tum iss fitnay mein kya karo ge jo zameen ke ird gird yoon phail jaye ga jaise gaye ke seeng hote hain." Sahaba ne poocha. Aye Allah ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wasallam)! Phir hum kya karein. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Tum iss ko aur iss ke saathiyon ko lazim pakadna." Ravi kehte hain: Pas main (ye sun kar) iss aadmi par jaldi se lipta aur maine arz kiya. Aye Allah ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wasallam)! Ye aadmi? Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Yahi" aur ye shakhs Hazrat Usman thay.
أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ كَهْمَسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي هَرِمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ خُرَيْمٍ ، قَالَ : وَكَانَا يُغَازِيَانِ فَحَدَّثَانِي جَمِيعًا ، وَلَا يَشْعُرُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا أَنَّ صَاحِبَهُ حَدَّثَنِيهِ ، عَنْ مُرَّةَ الْبَهْزِيِّ ، قَالَ : بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ ⦗ص:٤٤١⦘ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فِي طَرِيقٍ مِنْ طُرُقِ الْمَدِينَةِ فَقَالَ : « كَيْفَ تَصْنَعُونَ فِي فِتْنَةٍ تَثُورُ فِي أَقْطَارِ الْأَرْضِ كَأَنَّهَا صَيَاصِي بَقَرٍ ؟» قَالُوا : فَنَصْنَعُ مَاذَا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : « عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذَا وَأَصْحَابِهِ » ، قَالَ : فَأَسْرَعْتُ حَتَّى عَطَفْتُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ ، فَقُلْتُ : هَذَا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : « هَذَا » ، فَإِذَا هُوَ عُثْمَانُ
