Regarding the takbir on the two Eids and their differences

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 5696
Hazrat Mak'hul narrated that a man who had seen Sa'id ibn 'As told him that once Sa'id ibn 'As called upon four of the Companions who had pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) under the tree. Sa'id ibn 'As asked them about the Takbirs of Eid, and they said that there were eight Takbirs. The narrator said that he mentioned this to Ibn Sirin, who said that they were correct, except that they had omitted the Takbir Tahrimah (the opening Takbir).
حضرت مکحول فرماتے ہیں کہ سعید بن عاص کو دیکھنے والے ایک صاحب نے مجھے بتایا کہ ایک مرتبہ سعید بن عاص نے ان صحابہ کرام میں سے چار کو بلایا جنہوں نے درخت کے نیچے (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ہاتھ پر بیعت کی تھی۔ سعید بن عاص نے ان سے عید کی تکبیرات کے بارے میں پوچھا تو انھوں نے بتایا کہ آٹھ تکبیریں ہیں۔ راوی کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے اس بات کا ذکر ابن سیرین سے کیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا کہ انھوں نے ٹھیک کہا البتہ وہ تکبیر تحریمہ کو چھوڑ گئے۔
Hazrat Makhool farmate hain keh Saeed bin Aas ko dekhne wale ek sahib ne mujhe bataya keh ek martaba Saeed bin Aas ne un sahaba kiram mein se chaar ko bulaya jinhon ne darakht ke neeche (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke hath par bai't ki thi. Saeed bin Aas ne unse Eid ki takbiraat ke baare mein poocha to unhon ne bataya keh aath takbiren hain. Rawi kehte hain keh maine is baat ka zikr Ibn Sireen se kiya to unhon ne farmaya keh unhon ne theek kaha albatta woh takbeer tahreema ko chhor gaye.
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ شَهِدَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْعَاصِي أَرْسَلَ إِلَى أَرْبَعَةِ نَفَرِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الشَّجَرَةِ ، فَسَأَلَهُمْ عَنْ التَّكْبِيرِ فِي الْعِيدِ ، فَقَالُوا : ثَمَانُ تَكْبِيرَاتٍ ، قَالَ : فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، فَقَالَ : « صَدَقَ ، وَلَكِنَّهُ أَغْفَلَ تَكْبِيرَةَ فَاتِحَةِ الصَّلَاةِ »
