كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ Who permitted the leadership in prayer by the child of adultery
مَنْ رَخَّصَ فِي إِمَامَةِ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا

Hazrat Rabeeh bin Mundhir said that I asked Harith Akli about the permissibility of leading prayer for an illegitimate child, and he said that it is permissible.
حضرت ربیع بن منذر فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حارث عکلی سے ولد الزنا کی امامت کے بارے میں سوال کیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا کہ جائز ہے۔
Hazrat Rabie bin Munzir farmate hain keh maine Haris Akli se waladul zina ki imamat ke bare mein sawal kiya to unhon ne farmaya keh jaiz hai.
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ الْحَارِثَ الْعُكْلِيَّ ، عَنْ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا يَؤُمُّ ؟ قَالَ : « نَعَمْ »
