كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ Regarding the slave woman praying without a headscarf
فِي الْأَمَةِ تُصَلِّي بِغَيْرِ خِمَارٍ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 6225
Hazrat Masruq said that the slave woman should offer her prayer in the same way as she goes out (in front of others).
حضرت مسروق فرماتے ہیں کہ باندی اسی طرح نماز پڑھے گی جس طرح باہر نکلتی ہے۔
Hazrat Masrooq farmate hain ke bandi isi tarah namaz parhe gi jis tarah bahar nikalti hai
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، قَالَ : « تُصَلِّي الْأَمَةُ كَمَا تَخْرُجُ »
